How to Send Feedback and Logs from the Driver App
Access the Menu
On the main screen of the app, tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) to open the navigation drawer.
Navigate to Feedback
Scroll through the menu options and tap on Send Feedback.
Complete the Feedback Form
In the feedback form, provide a detailed description of the issue:
Explain what problem you're experiencing and include any error messages you encountered.
Describe what you were trying to do when the problem arose and, if possible, include steps to reproduce the issue.
Submit Your Feedback
Tap the Submit button to transmit your feedback and logs.
