Login in the portal with the Member admin credentials
- Go to Manage Users -> Administer Users
- Click on + User > Create New User or ‘Upload Users’ to upload user via an excel sheet.
Setting Up New User Profile
- Enter the user's First Name, Last Name, Email, Roles etc. along with username and password.
- Ensure the Account Status is Active while creating a new user.
- For entering address, DOB, gender, and other fields that are not mandatory while creating a new user, Go to Additional Details
- For creating a user with a driver role, select DI_Driver from the drop-down lists after clicking on the Roles field.
- For creating an admin with dispatching roles select select MemberAdmin, User, DI_Integration and DI_Dispatcher roles from the drop-down lists after clicking on the Roles field.
