nuVizz is designed that users with the role of Member Admin can reset and change other users password so you can be changed or reset on the Update User page as seen below in Figure 1.

Nuvizz allows you to change the password through two different methods on the Upload User page. The first option is to click on the word Change (highlighted in orange) located next to the Password textbox. This will launch the Change Password popup window as seen in Figure 2, where the admin can enter in a new password for the user. The admin also has the to ability to make the user create a new password on next login by clicking the checkbox at the bottom of the window (highlighted in green). Once the new password has been entered and confirmed click the Save button.
The second option available to the admin is to click the word Reset next to the Password textbox. This will launch a Warning popup window as seen in Figure 3, where the admin can have a temporary password sent to the user’s associated email address. This is a easier option as long as the user has a valid email address associated to the user. Simply click on the Save button (highlighted in red) to email the user a temporary password to log in and change their password.
