We are introducing the Fuel Surcharge feature to our Advanced Billing module to enable calculating fuel surcharge amounts based on a percentage of the delivery charge or a per-mile charge. With this new feature, businesses will have the flexibility to tailor their surcharge calculations to match business needs, ensuring accurate and transparent billing.

Stop cost estimation will also be available to your customers using the customer portal for order creation. The calculated estimated can be viewed both from customer portal and dispatch portal.
New Algorithm for Route Optimization

A new directional algorithm can optimizes routes by starting from the farthest stop, reducing overall distance and maximizing stop coverage.
Stop Creation From PDF Documents
We have added a new Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to our platform to automate the creation of stops by uploading a stop pdf document.

A “Create from PDF” button will be available in the Create Stop screen to upload a stop pdf document for creating a stop

Once the document is uploaded and processed, the OCR technology will automatically extract the stop data from the document populate the fields on the Create Stop screen.

Recurring Routes
We have introduced a feature to create recurring routes out of existing routes so that the routes can be created on a schedule without any manual intervention.
Functionality

You will be able to generate recurring routes directly from route details screen by providing the recurrence frequency

Any stops within the route are automatically designated as default stops on the recurring route instance and will be created on every instance of the recurring route.
