The work can be assigned to your drivers/technicians or a 3rd party carrier company from this screen. You can also “Un-assign” previously assigned work as long as the work has not started (not “In-Transit”).
To Assign work, go to “Delivery” - > “Assign Loads” screen. It shows all the eligible work that can be assigned.
Select the Load(s) you would like to assign and click on "Driver” button.
The next screen shows the selected Load(s) and the all the drivers/technicians along with their status.
Assign Driver: This section shows all the drivers. It also shows if they have work assigned to them.
Select the driver/technician that you want to assign the work to and click on “Assign Driver”.
Driver Notes: Enter any comments for the driver. This will show up on the driver’s mobile app during the work execution.
If the selected driver/technician has already assigned work, then a pop-up comes up with the already assigned work and it allows you to re-prioritize the work by moving the work up or down. After confirming the work execution sequence, click on “Assign Driver”.
The selected work(s) status will change to “Assigned to Driver” and the work will get pushed to the driver’s mobile device.
Un assign Driver: We can assign the the Driver from the load which are in dispatched, Initiated, Atorigin, in progress status
Select the load which are need to un assign from the driver and select the unassign button, Next screen we need confirm unassign driver process by clicking proceed
Once we click proceed button driver will unassign from the load and load status getting changed suspended state and if we want we can assign the new driver for the load.
