You can send messages to a Driver using the Notify Driver in assign loads screen. To send message to an “In-Transit” driver click on notify driver and type the message which you want to convey driver who is currently checked into a load he will get the message.

| Click on Delivery menu item | |
| Click on Assign Manifest (Loads) menu item | |
| Click on Notify driver in the specific load to send a message to the driver | |
| Type the message what you want to convey to the driver | |
| Click on Send to send the message to driver | |
| Driver will get the notification on the mobile | |
| If the driver did not found the message Click on the Ellipsis on the left top. | |
| Click on the notifications menu item, There you can able to see the message from the dispatcher | |
| Driver can be able to see the latest message on the top |
