Step 1 :- Login To Your Parent Company.(Ex:-XYZ)
Step 2 :- Click On The Integration Menu Item And Click On Webhook Logs Menu Item.
Step 3 :- Click On Webhook Logs Menu Item.
Step 4 :- Select The Time Interval.
A. Click On The Created Under Webhook Logs
B. Select the Specific Interval From The DropDown List.
Step 5 :- Selecting The Period Of Time
Example :- Select The Span Of Time From Today Morning @9:00 AM To 11:30 AM.
It Will Display The Failed Exception Order As Shown In The Above
Step 6 :- Select The One Which Order You Want To Reprocess And Click On Reprocess
Step 7 :- Select All The Failed Orders Which You Want To Reprocess By Selecting All Check Box And Click On Reprocess
Once You Select The Check Box It Will Select all The Failed Orders When You Click On The Reprocess It will Reprocess All The Failed Orders.
Step 8 :- Once it Got Reprocessed Then It Will Shows The Below Pop-Up Message Request Submit Successfully (Successfully Reprocessed)
